Another great night for the Lions at the league.  Results were as follows:

Tournaments

Aberdeen Spring Tournament - 26th May (All abilities)

We have entered a team for the Aberdeen tournament.  However, if there are any women that are wishing to play, please complete the following survey http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/7H9G2M7 as a couple more ladies would be great.  We have enough men.  

Stilrling Tournament (STS) - 2nd June (All abilities)

The first tournament on the Scottish Touch Series calendar and also the most social and fun tournament of the year with the annual Ceildh in the clubrooms afterwards.  Camping is allowed on the pitches and it's a great tournament the caters to all levels of ability.  Please complete the for following survey also if you wish to particpate in this event http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/3R66WCZ

Touch by the sea (North Berwick) - 09th June

This is a charity tournament in aid of cancer.  Looks like a great day of touch by the sea.  Please complete the survey if you wish to participate http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/7P7W9FG.

Training

As the summer league has now started, trainings will continue on Tuesdays only from 18.15 onwards on Glasgow Green.  These sessions are structured sessions split into levels of ability i.e. beginner, intermediate and experienced.  For the more social player, there will be Saturday games on the green open to anyone wishing to join in.

Saturday Social Touch (open to anyone and everyone

Social games of touch will be held every Saturday on Glasgow Green from 10.30am to 12.30pm.  It is open to anyone and everyone wishing to play a very informal, fun game of touch.
